What to expect

The session will start with us discussing your health, any issues you have and what you are hoping to achieve from the sessions.

You will then be guided through a number of gentle movements that will be chosen specifically for you. Most of them will be with you lying on a mat but can be adapted to be undertaken sitting on a chair. 

There is no pressure to perform the exercises perfectly. I will encourage you to notice what you are feeling in your body as you try the movements.

When you leave, I will provide you with full printed details of the movements and audio files that you can use to practice before your next session.

The number of sessions you have is entirely up to you.  Some people find regular sessions helpful, while others have 2 or 3 sessions and then come back when they need further help.
